She has held key leadership roles in HR and Learning & Development across top-tier organizations such as The Dawood Group, GFK-Etlize, Abudawood Pakistan (P&G Distributor), Hilton Pharma, and The Aga Khan University Hospital, successfully leading teams and driving performance-enhancing initiatives. As a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP, UK), Nazish brings strategic expertise in HR development, leadership transformation, and organizational culture.
She has trained over 15,000+ individuals through workshops and webinars, focusing on leadership, team dynamics, and workplace excellence. An internationally triple-certified NLP & Hypnosis Master Practitioner (ABNLP, ABH, PBH), she has coached 250+ leaders in just a few years—unlocking confidence, breaking barriers, and driving real transformation.
